About Dr. Moses Fox

Dr. Moses Fox, III is a seasoned higher education and community leader with more than two decades of experience in organizational leadership, student engagement, and partnership development. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of Campus Affairs at Central Piedmont Community College, where he oversaw operations for multiple campuses and led strategic initiatives to enhance student success, community engagement, and institutional growth.

Dr. Fox’s career reflects a deep commitment to bridging education, business, and community interests. He has cultivated strategic partnerships, advanced equity-focused initiatives, and created opportunities that empower students and strengthen communities. His leadership is grounded in ethical principles, collaboration, and a belief in the transformative power of education.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Pfeiffer University, and a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies with a focus on Ethics from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.

Beyond his professional roles, Dr. Fox remains deeply engaged in civic and community life. He is a life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., serves on the Governance Committee of Teen Health Connection, and contributes to both the Airport Noise Advisory Forum (ANAF) and the Aviation Neighborhood Committee (ANC). He previously served as chairman of the Beta Nu Lambda Educational Foundation (B.E.A.M. Foundation) and is an active member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.
