Dr. Fox is a visionary strategist and ethical leadership consultant. As Founder and Managing Consultant of Motif Consultants LLC and the force behind The Verbal Truth, he builds authentic leadership platforms while enhancing scalable systems that empower leaders and institutions to drive transformational change.

His career spans executive leadership roles, including service as Executive Director of Campus Affairs at Central Piedmont Community College, where he led multi-campus operations and strategic initiatives to enhance student success and institutional growth and founding Area Director of the Boys and Girls Club of Union County. He is known for bridging education, business, and civic interests through values-based governance, strategic partnerships, and equity-centered programming.

 

Through his work with The Institute for the Public Trust and the Charlotte Executive Leadership Council (CELC), Dr. Fox coordinates leadership development courses and facilitates training sessions for individuals interested in public service and elected office. He convenes political strategists, elected officials, policy experts, and thought leaders to provide practical insights into governance, civic engagement, ethical leadership, and the realities of running for office, helping prepare the next generation of community and public leaders.
