The Verbal TRUTH (TVT) is a consultancy that equips decision-makers to lead with integrity under pressure. We bring research, facilitation and lived leadership to your toughest moments so you can choose well, communicate clearly, and act consistently.

 

Our framework is rooted in the Four Ethics of T.R.U.T.H.—Transparency, Reflection, Understanding, Transformation, Honor—and connects to four guiding ethics of leadership:

Dr. Moses Fox III is a visionary strategist and ethical leadership consultant with over two decades of experience in education (HigherEd and K-12), organizational development, and community engagement. As Founder and Managing Consultant of Motif Consultants LLC, and the force behind The Verbal Truth, Dr. Fox builds authentic and powerful voiceovers while enhancing scalable systems that empower leaders and institutions to drive transformational change.

 

His career spans executive leadership roles, including service as executive director of Campus Affairs at Central Piedmont Community College, where he led multi-campus operations and strategic initiatives to enhance student success and institutional growth and founding area director of the Boys and Girls Club of Union County. He is known for bridging education, business, and civic interests through values-based governance, strategic partnerships, and equity-centered programming.

 

Dr. Fox earned a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies with a focus on Ethics from North Carolina A&T State University, a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Pfeiffer University, and a bachelor's degree. in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi.

 

Dr. Fox migrated to the Carolinas from Mississippi two decades ago. He is an active life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., the Black Political Caucus and many other community based organizations. Dr. Fox remains deeply engaged in civic life, serving on the Governance Committee of Teen Health Connection and contributing to regional advisory forums.

 

As a fractional consultant, Dr. Fox brings the principle of T.R.U.T.H. to every engagement, helping leaders, organizations and individuals elevate their impact with clarity, integrity, and purpose.
